Important Notice on Share Transmission: As per the SEBI circular dated July 23, 2026, the documentation process for transmission of shares has been simplified. Under the revised framework, the individual Affidavit (Annexure D) and NOC (Annexure F) are consolidated into a single Combined Affidavit-cum-NOC (Annexure-5). A new fast-track Quick Transmission Processing (QTP) category is also available via Annexure-2. Please download the full SEBI circular below to access these new forms.
