Dematerialisation of Share Certificates

Dematerialisation is the process of converting physical shares into electronic format. Investors having the demat account need to surrender his physical shares along with application for the dematerialisation using Demat Requisition Form (DRF).

Physical securities received from the investor are registered into the system and sent to the respective company's registrar along with the DRF.

The company registrar after verification approves the Demat request and shares are credited in the Investor's demat account.
