Transaction Fees shall be charged directly to the Subscriber by the Bank for any payment towards opening of the National Pension System Account and further investments in Accounts.
Transaction fees charged will not be refunded / reversed for any refund or reversal of any Transaction.
Cancellation Policy
Once payment is released, no cancellation request will be entertained.
Refund Policy
In case of refund of online fund transfer, the amount will be refunded via same source within 05 to 07 days.
