We have two VPN Connections
1.Bharti VPN (Used for Trading Purpose)
2.Cisco VPN (Used For Back Office Purpose)

Installation Procedure of Bharti VPN in Windows 2000 Professional

Step 1

Go to Start --> Settings --> Network and Dialup Connections

Step 2

Double Click - "Make New Connection" Icon

Step 3

Click on Next Button

Step 4

Select Connect to a private network through the Internet, and then click on Next Button

Step 5

Select Do not dial the initial connection, and click Next Button

Step 6

Set IP address as 202.56.233.18, and click Next Button

Step 7

Select For all users option, and click Next Button

Step 8

Type Virtual Private Connection name as per convienience (for eg. Bharti VPN), select Check Box for Add a shortcut to my Desktop, and click Finish button.

This will add shortcut on the desktop for VPN connection to Abhipra Network

Step 9

type username and password as provided by HO Datacenter for connecting Abhipra VPN and click Connect Button.

The Installation Procedure of Cisco VPN on Windows 2000 Professtional

Step 1

Go to Start --> Settings --> Network and Dialup Connections

Step 2

Double Click - "Make New Connection" Icon

Step 3

Click on Next Button

Step 4

Select Connect to a private network through the Internet, and then click on Next Button

Step 5

Select Do not dial the initial connection, and click Next Button

Set IP address as 220.227.153.142, and click Next Button

Step 7

Select For all users option, and click Next Button

Step 8

Type Virtual Private Connection name as per convienience (for eg. Cisco VPN), select Check Box for Add a shortcut to my Desktop, and click Finish button.

This will add shortcut on the desktop for VPN connection to Abhipra Network

Now Right Click of Cisco VPN on desktop and Select the Properties

Step 10

Uncheck require data encryption and click on Advance (Custom settings)

Now Click on Settings Button

Check the unencrypted password (PAP) And Uncheck all check box and then click ok button

Click on Yes Button.
And then click on icon of Cisco VPN on desktop

type username and password as provided by HO Datacenter for connecting Abhipra VPN and click Connect Button.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q1. What I will do If I am getting "connection busy error?
Ans : It means there is some problem in Internet Connection. Pls check ping by giving following IP :-

Go to start menu ----- Run ------ and type cmd then Enter
Ping -t 202.56.233.18 (In case of Bharti VPN Connection)
Ping -t 220.227.153.142 (In case of Cisco VPN)

If you are getting reply, then connect your VPN connection.

If you are getting "request time out " then please contact your Internet Service provider.

Q2. If My VPN connection is connected yet I am unable to connect Trading Software .In this case what I will do?
Ans : Please check first ping following IP :-

Ping -t 131.107.2.101 -w 5000.

If you are getting request time out, In this case Disconnect your VPN Connection and Internet Connection and Again connect your Internet Connection first then VPN Connection. After that check your ping by giving following IP

Ping Ping -t 131.107.2.101 -w 5000

If you getting reply , Now You may connect Trading software.
